To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that you include the receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly note that customized products are non-refundable and only regulated-priced items may be refunded.
Items offered at discounted rates as part of a sale are final sale. However, we stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee and offer store credit for exchange/return of such items.
For fragrances, we require that the product contain at least 95% or more of its original liquid and be in its original packaging with box.
